January 22 Service Enhancements

ABOUT THE CHANGES

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) announces that the next round of service enhancements will begin Monday, January 22, 2024 following recommendations and customer feedback.

JTA service enhancements include improvements to on-time performance and timing updates on select routes. In planning these changes, JTA has made every effort to minimize the impact to customers. Multiple routes will have adjustments in frequency spread throughout the schedule on the days noted in the details below.
