The Jacksonville Transportation Authority's 2024 Board Meeting Calendar is as follows: 

Further information about each meeting, including times and updated dates (if applicable), and instructions on how to participate during public comment portions of the meeting will be noticed on the JTA website 72 hours in advance of each meeting:

  • Wednesday, January 31, 2024; 2 p.m. 
  • Thursday, March 28, 2024; 2 p.m.
  • Thursday, April 25, 2024; 2 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 30, 2024; 2 p.m. 
  • Thursday, June 20, 2024; 2 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 29, 2024; 3 p.m. 
  • Thursday, September 26, 2024; 2 p.m. 
  • Thursday, October 31, 2024; 2 p.m. 
  • Thursday, December 12, 2024; 3 p.m.

All meetings will be held with a hybrid approach.

A quorum of the Board will attend in person at:

Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center

100 LaVilla Center Drive, Third Floor

Jacksonville, FL 32204

A virtual option will be provided to allow for viewing and for public comment for those who are unable to attend in person. Please check the individual notices for instructions on how to virtually participate during each meeting (as applicable). 


The Board Meeting dates, times and location are subject to change. Public Notice will be issued, as required, for any changes. 

Public Notice will also be issued for any JTA Board of Directors Work Sessions, Workshops, or Retreats when scheduled.

In accordance with Section 286.0105, F.S., any person wishing to appeal a decision reached at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings.  He/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings be made, which record would include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
