Connexion Plus

Experience the Next Level in Paratransit Service

JTA offers an additional option to our Connexion customers – Connexion Plus.

Connexion Plus is perfect for eligible customers who want private, same-day, door-to-door service to anywhere in Duval County.

How it Works

Any certified Connexion customer is eligible.

• Call Connexion Plus to schedule your reservation: (904) 404-0848
• Supply the following information:
• Name
• Date and time of pick-up
• Pick-up and drop-off addresses
• Number of passengers
• Any accommodations needed, such as a wheelchair lift
• Call at least two hours in advance of your requested pick-up time
• Look for the “Connexion Plus” sign in the front window of the vehicle

Fares

Credit cards only. Fares are for one way, due when making your reservation.

• Primary Passenger:
• $6 for trips of 15 miles or less
• Add $2 per mile for trips over 15 miles
• Additional Passengers: $4 each
• Personal Care Attendants (PCAs): Free

Reservations

Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Weekends: 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Holidays: The Reservation Office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Service is available on holidays, but please make reservations in advance of these holidays.

Holiday Service Hours

On New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Veterans Day, Christmas Day and Thanksgiving, service hours are 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
