Your Way Around Clay

Clay Community Transportation (CCT) provides an easy, affordable — and flexible — way to get around the county. Like riding most other bus services, you can pick up a CCT shuttle from any one of the several stops throughout Clay county to get where you need to go.

About TD Service

Customers would need to call (904) 284-5977 and go through a pre-screening process with Clay Transit representatives to obtain medical trips within their area. Customers who make it through the pre-screening process will have a Clay Community Transportation screening form mailed to them to further apply for TD Services. Customers need to be a resident of Clay County and provide proof of residency and income to have application reviewed.

Once customer is approved then can start making trip reservations up to 2 (two) business days in advance by noon. Clients must be ready for pickup 1 (one) hour prior to your appointment time within Clay County. Hours of operations are set by Appointment times between the hours of 7:00AM and 1:30PM.

About Flex Service

Need a lift but you're not located near a stop? That's where our CCT flex service can help. Flex service allows for passenger pick-ups (route deviations) as time is available in the schedule. If you want to use the CCT service and are not near a designated stop, call and speak with a Reservationist about scheduling a convenient pick-up from your location — (904) 284-5977.

When time allows us to accommodate a request, a CCT shuttle will pick you up from your location and drop you off at any of the stops along the Red, Blue, Magenta or Green Lines. Pay only a $1 deviation* fee (per pick-up, per rider).

*Deviation goes as far as ¾ mile off the Flex Route

Flex Service Fares

EXACT CHANGE ONLY. Fares apply to all lines.

  • Standard Fare – $1.00
    Adults and children age 7 and older
  • Reduced Fare – $0.50
    Children (age 6 and under), senior passengers (age 60 and older), passengers with disabilities and Veterans
  • Deviation Fee – $1.00
    Per scheduled pick-up, per rider

To receive a Reduced Fare, proof is required in the form of a state-issued I.D. or Medicare card. Veterans must show a valid Military I.D. Proof is not required for children age 6 and under.

Hours of Operation

Service is offered from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Service is not available Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
