Any resident of Clay County may request an eligibility application from the JTA by printing out, completing and mailing the necessary documents linked below, or by calling (904) 265-6001.
Clay Community Transportation Application
The Eligibility Application must be filled out completely to be considered for transportation services. If assistance is needed to complete the application, JTA staff members are available to help.
The completed application is reviewed by the JTA staff, and a determination of eligibility will be made based on the information provided.
Fare Pricing & Service Hours
Cost
Service inside the city is $1 per trip.
Service from city to city is $3 per trip.
Service from county to county is $5 per trip.
