Advance registration is requested. The attendee meeting link will open at 3:20 p.m. Work Session will begin at 3:30 p.m. There will be a Public Comment Section.

Requests to speak must be submitted before 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2021.

During Public Comments:
  • The Public Comment section of the agenda will be opened by the Chair. Each person that requested to speak will be called upon in alphabetical order.
  • Comments are limited to 3 minutes. You will hear a “ding” when 30 seconds remain.
  • After all requested speakers have been heard, the Public Comment section will close and the Board will continue with the agenda.
