The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) announces that a Board of Directors Strategic Retreat will be held in the Atlantica Ballroom at One Ocean, located at One Ocean Blvd, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 as follows:

  • Wednesday, September 13, 2023, beginning at 8:00 am and will recess for dinner at 5:00 pm
  • Thursday, September 14, 2023, reconvene the Retreat at 7:45 am. The Board will adjourn at 9:45 am.

The Regular Meeting of the JTA Board of Directors will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Neptune Beach City Hall, Council Chambers 116 First Street, Neptune Beach, Florida 32266.

    • Reminder: The Public Comment section of the agenda will be opened by the Chair. Each person that requested to speak will be called upon in alphabetic order. 
    • Requests to speak need to be submitted before 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
    • Comments are limited to three minutes.
    • After all requested speakers have been heard, the public comment section will close and the Board will continue with the agenda.

In accordance with Section 286.0105, F.S., any person wishing to appeal a decision reached at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings. He / she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
