    • Requests to speak must be submitted before 12:00 pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
  • REMINDER: The Public Comment Section of the agenda will be opened by the Chair. Each person that requested to speak will be called upon in alphabetical order. Comments are limited to three minutes. You will hear a ding when 30 seconds remain. After all requested speakers have been heard, the public comment section will close and the Board will continue with the agenda. 

In accordance with Section 286.0105, F.S., any person wishing to appeal a decision reached at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings. He / she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
