  3. There will be a Public Comment Section.
    • Reminder: The Public Comment section of the agenda will be opened by the Chair. Each person that requested to speak will be called upon in the order the Request to Speak Cards are submitted.
    • Comments are limited to three minutes.
    • After all requested speakers have been heard, the public comment section will close and the Board will continue with the agenda.

Purpose

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) announces that the Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, May 29, 2025 in the Board Room on the third floor of the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center located at 100 LaVilla Center Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32204 as follows:

12:00 pm Work Session and Shade Meeting

2:00 pm Board Meeting

As part of the Work Session, JTA will be conducting a special closed session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss pending litigation at approximately 1:00 pm. The following will be in attendance: Aundra Wallace, Pat Sams, Max Glober, Donnie Horner, Elaine Brown, Cleveland Ferguson, Richard Milian and Tom Bishop.
