Transit in Jacksonville, Florida, is primarily managed by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), featuring an extensive bus network covering the city, complemented by the Skyway monorail within downtown. Greyhound Intercity Bus Terminal

The Intercity Bus Terminal (IBT) for Greyhound in Jacksonville, FL, offers enhanced highway access and integration into the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center (JRTC). This center links Greyhound and Mega Bus to JTA's transfer station and Skyway People Mover, with provisions for taxis, rideshares, bikes, and rentals. The 9,100 sq ft IBT provides services, driver amenities, and a bridge connecting it to JTA's transfer station, light rail, and administration building, creating a multimodal transit hub.
