Use the Aira Explorer App to Plan and Ride the JTA's Services
The Aira Explorer app is free for use within the service area of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA).
The Aira Explorer app connects visually impaired riders to trained professionals for visual interpretation services. This will allow residents who have visual impairments to plan and ride all JTA transportation services in Duval, Clay, Baker, Nassau and St. Johns counties.
The JTA has partnered with Aira to provide access on a pilot basis.
