Meet Community Outreach Coordinator LJ – The Heartbeat of the JTA

Known as the “Northern Star” of the JTA, LJ helps riders navigate Downtown Jacksonville with compassion, guidance, and a smile.

From learning every route and guiding riders step-by-step, to building meaningful connections with passengers and families, LJ reminds us that public transportation is about more than getting from point A to point B—it’s about people.

Happy NAVIversary - One Year of NAVI

June 30, 2026 marked one year since NAVI began service in Downtown Jacksonville and made history as the nation’s first permanent autonomous public transportation service operating in revenue service.

Over the past year, NAVI has safely connected customers, showcased the potential of autonomous mobility, and helped position Jacksonville as a national leader in transportation innovation.

Thank you to our customers, employees, partners, and community for helping us demonstrate what’s possible when innovation meets public transportation.

Here’s to one year of moving the future forward—and to the next chapter of mobility.
