The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) announces that the Board of Directors will hold a meeting to conduct a special closed session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss pending litigation, RE: Kings Avenue Redevelopment at approximately 11:30 a.m. The following persons will be in attendance: Aundra Wallace, Patricia Sams, Max Glober, Elaine Brown, Alan Hopkins, Madelen Salter, Daniel Vallencourt, Cleveland Ferguson and Richard Milian.
In accordance with Section 286.0105, F.S., any person wishing to appeal a decision reached at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings. He/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
