The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) announces that the Board of Directors will hold virtual meeting to conduct a special closed session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss pending litigation, RE: Kings Avenue Redevelopment at approximately 10:45 a.m. The following persons will be in attendance: Aundra Wallace, Max Glober, Elaine Brown, Alan Hopkins, Madelen Salter, Daniel Vallencourt, Cleveland Ferguson and Richard Milian.
