100 LaVilla Center Drive,The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) announces that the Board of Directors will meet on March 28, 2024 in the Board Room on the third floor of the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center located at 100 LaVilla Center Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32204 as follows:
As part of the Board Meeting, JTA will be conducting a special closed session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss pending litigation at approximately 4:15 p.m., or as soon as the other agenda matters are handled. The following will be in attendance: Debbie Buckland, Ray Driver, Aundre Wallace, Pat Sams, Megan Hayward, Ari Jolly, Greg Evans, Nathaniel Ford Sr., Cleveland Ferguson III and Richard Milian.
In addition, a virtual link for March 28, 2024, with instructions, will be posted to the JTA website by 5:00 pm on March 25, 2024.
In accordance with Section 286.0105, F.S., any person wishing to appeal a decision reached at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings. He/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
