A Board Meeting at 2 p.m. will be held in the Board Room at the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center at LaVilla, located at 100 LaVilla Center Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32204 on the third floor on June 29, 2023. The Board Meeting will follow the 2023 State of the Authority, which takes place at 11 a.m. at the Marriott Downtown Jacksonville.

Public Comment Requests

This meeting is open to the public, and includes a virtual option to attend via WebEx. As is required, there will be an opportunity for public comment - in person, via WebEx or by phone. 

  • Advanced registration is not required but requested. 
  • The virtual attendee meeting link will open at 1:50 p.m.
  • The Board Meeting begins at 2:00 p.m. 
  • If you wish to speak during the Public Comment Section of the meeting you can:
  • Advanced requests to speak can be submitted before 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 28, 2023 or in person.  
    • The Public Comment Section of the agenda is opened by the Chair.
    • Speakers will be called upon in alphabetical order.
    • Comments are limited to three minutes. You will hear a "ding" when 30 seconds remains.
    • After all requested speakers have been heard, the Chair will close the Public Comment Section and continue with the agenda. 

In accordance with Section 286.0105, F.S., any person wishing to appeal a decision reached at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings. He / she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
