The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) announces that two or more members of the JTA Board of Directors may be present during portions of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Annual Transit Board Member Seminar, starting Saturday, July 30, 2022 - Tuesday, August, 2, 2022. Sessions will cover national and regional legislative issues, advocacy, rebuilding ridership, transit-oriented communities, workforce development, safety and security, fare policies, innovation and mobility management, all with a view to equity outcomes. Two or more members of the JTA Board may be present during the same session or meeting.
The involvement of JTA Board Members during the TBM Seminar does not involve an official meeting of the Board of Directors, therefore no official action will take place.
