MyJTA App Passes

Passes from the old MyJTA app have been loaded into new MyJTA accounts.

If you had UNUSED passes in the old app, login with the same phone number and those passes will automatically be added to your account. 

If you had PARTIALLY used passes or if the passes do not appear at all, please contact our Cusomer Service team at (904) 630-3100.

We thank you again for your patience as we transition to our new mobile app. As a reminder, rides are free until October 31. Those who downloaded MyJTA and created a new account can use their free monthly pass from November 1 to 30.
