May 22 Service Enhancements

ABOUT THE CHANGES

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is pleased to announce the next round of service enhancements will begin Monday, May 22, 2023 following recommendations and customer feedback.

JTA service enhancements include improvements to on-time performance and timing updates on select routes. In planning these changes, JTA has made every effort to minimize the impact to customers. Multiple routes will have adjustments in frequency spread throughout the schedule on the days noted in the details below. 

Yellow schedules are now available for customers to review on board routes that are being adjusted and at the Jacksonville Regional Transportation Center at LaVilla. For questions or concerns, please reach out to JTA Customer Service at (904) 630-3100. 

The following changes will take effect on Monday, May 22, 2023.

May Service Enhancements include modifications and time adjustments for several Fixed Routes and First Coast Flyer routes to improve service reliability, on-time performance and customer experience. Click the links on each route to view the new schedules:
