Jacksonville Transportation Advisory Committee Meets, New Officers Elected For 2025-2027 Term

JACKSONVILLE, Fla (October 14, 2025) – On Tuesday, October 13th, the Jacksonville Transportation Advisory Committee (JTAC) held their October meeting and elected new officers for the 2025-2027 term.

"The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities by ensuring equal access to our services, programs, and opportunities," stated Ken Middleton, JTA Assistant Vice President of Business Compliance. "We believe that inclusion strengthens our community, and we actively work to remove barriers, promote accessibility, and support independence and dignity for all," he said.

For the 2025-2027 term, Russ Davis was re-elected Chairperson, Jose Morales was elected Vice Chair, Stephanie Serrano was elected Secretary, and Angie Walker was elected Subcommittee Chair.

The JTA extends our best wishes and gratitude to outgoing Vice Chair Sharon Dykes and Subcommittee Chair Adriann Keve for their leadership and years of service on the JTAC.

The next JTAC meeting will be held on Monday, November 10th from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

The JTAC advocates on behalf of the citizens of Jacksonville for improvements to all forms of public transportation in the community. The JTAC also serves to advise JTA’s executives, its management team, its contractors, and its Board of Directors about policies and other matters pertaining to the transportation of persons with disabilities.
