When the JTA asked for feedback, our customers made it clear: courtesy, reliability, and cleanliness are what they care about the most. With this in mind, we’re getting to work and moving forward, together. Here’s what that means: you’ll see reminders of how we’re keeping the customer #1 – on posters across our campuses, in emails, and in leadership huddles.

Fare Modification

Every day, we move people, connect neighborhoods, and deliver reliable, courteous service.

Now, as a thank you to our customers, we’re making travel easier and more affordable with a six-month fare reduction pilot program starting February 1, 2026.

  • Fixed Route Bus: $1.00 (43% reduction)

  • Connexion Paratransit: $2.00 (33% reduction)

Customer Surveys for our St. Johns River Ferry Service

Last year, the St. Johns River Ferry carried more than 36,000 riders across Northeast Florida and that impact is possible because of you. We asked Ferry riders how we’re doing and what we can do better—and the results are in. Their feedback reflects the dedication, teamwork, and professionalism of our Ferry crew and support teams, with overall satisfaction reaching nearly 100%.
