The JTAC advocates on behalf of the citizens of Jacksonville for improvements to all forms of public transportation in the community. The JTAC also serves to advise JTA’s executives, its management team, its contractors, and its Board of Directors of policies, and other matters pertaining to the transportation of persons with disabilities.
