Reminder: The Public Comment section of the agenda will be opened by the Chair. Each person that requested to speak will be called upon in the order the Request to Speak Cards are submitted.
Comments are limited to three minutes.
After all requested speakers have been heard, the public comment section will close and the Board will continue with the agenda.
