Service Changes - April 5, 2021

The following changes to JTA's bus service will go into effect on Monday, April 5, 2021. 

Routes Affected

Weekdays:

  • Route 4 – Kings
    • Headways will be every 60 minutes compared to the current headways of 30 minutes, after peak p.m. hours
  • Route 8 – Beach / Town Center
    • Headways will be every 60 minutes compared to the current headways of 30 minutes, after peak p.m. hours
  • Route 13 – Commonwealth / Lane
    • Additional p.m. inbound trips were added (1:02 and 2:06 p.m.)
  • First Coast Flyer Green Line
    • Headways will be every 30 minutes compared to the current headways of 20 minutes
  • First Coast Flyer Blue Line
    • Headways will be every 30 minutes compared to the current headways of 20 minutes
  • First Coast Flyer Red Line
    • Headways will be every 30 minutes compared to the current headways of 20 minutes
    • 3 a.m. and 3 p.m. peak hour trips added 15 min

Saturdays:

  • Routes 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 50, 51, 53
    • Will run the Sunday schedule on Saturdays
    • No change to routes 28, 30, 32, 33, 81, 82, 85
  • First Coast Flyer Green Line
    • Headways will be every 60 minutes compared to the current headways of 30 minutes
    • There will be two 30-minute-headway trips during peak a.m. hours
    • There will be one 30-minute-headway trip during peak p.m. hours
  • First Coast Flyer Blue Line
    • Headways will be every 60 minutes compared to the current headways of 30 minutes
    • There will be two 30-minute-headway trips during peak a.m. hours
    • There will be one 30-minute-headway trip during peak p.m. hours
  • First Coast Flyer Red Line
    • Headways will be every 60 minutes compared to the current headways of 30 minutes
    • There will be two 30-minute-headway trips during peak a.m. hours
    • There will be two 30-minute-headway trips during peak p.m. hours
    • Run-time adjustments have been made to both directions

Sundays:

  • First Coast Flyer Green Line
    • Headways will be every 60 minutes compared to the current headways of 30 minutes
    • There will be two 30-minute-headway trips during peak a.m. hours
  • First Coast Flyer Blue Line
    • Headways will be every 60 minutes compared to the current headways of 30 minutes
    • There will be two 30-minute-headway trips during peak a.m. hours
  • First Coast Flyer Red Line
    • Headways will be every 60 minutes compared to the current headways of 30 minutes
    • There will be two 30-minute-headway trips during peak a.m. hours
    • There will be three 30-minute-headway trips during peak p.m. hours
