RPAS units will be out of service

To improve STAR Card transactions, JTA will be uploading new software onto all the RPAS units at our PASS PARTNER locations. The RPAS units will be out of service from 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18 through 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 20. Customers will not be able to purchase or reload fare on JTA STAR Cards during this time.

During the outage, customers may purchase or reload STAR Cards at the Rosa Parks STAR Card Villa, at JTA Customer Service located at the corner of Hogan and Forsyth and at all ticket vending machines (TVM).
