Public Meeting Scheduled for Lenox Avenue Corridor Project

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – March 16, 2018 – A public meeting for the JTAMobilityWorks Lenox Avenue Complete Streets project will be held on Thursday, March 29 at the Potter’s House. The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) will share results of the traffic study and proposed roadway improvements for the corridor. The traffic study involves determining the lane requirements between Normandy Boulevard and Cassat Avenue. A discussion will be held on the proposed mid-block pedestrian crossing on Normandy Boulevard.

This is also a chance for residents and businesses to meet the JTA team and provide feedback as the design progresses. The meeting will be an open house format. The community is invited to stop by at their convenience. For details about the project, visit
