JTA Public Meeting Notice

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – October 23, 2017 - In an effort to continue to improve the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) customers’ experience riding transit, JTA will host a series of public meetings and hearings to share service enhancements and seek public input regarding proposed changes to the bus system.

Discussion will include the elimination of Community Shuttle Routes 300 and 301; introduction of Routes 52 and 83; and changes to Routes 23, 30 and 35. The meetings will be in an open house format where customers can come and go within the meeting window, discuss the proposals and give feedback. The public is strongly encouraged to attend to learn about the proposed changes and provide input. These meetings are ADA and transit accessible.
