Formal purchase orders

Any purchase of supplies, contractual services of capital improvements where the estimated cost shall exceed twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) require advertisement of bids.

Bid Openings
Formal Bids are opened every Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.
General Government Awards meetings are held every Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
