The proposed BRT 2025 system map corridor alignments are conceptual and will be refined through more detailed planning and design projects. The system will be developed in phases. The downtown area is Phase One of the BRT system's operation.

North – Leaves downtown at State and Union streets and runs to I-95, continues north along I-95 with stops at 8th Street (Shands Hospital station), Golfair Boulevard (Gateway Mall station) and Terminates with a station at the intersection of I-95 at Lem Turner Rd / Norwood Ave.

Southeast – Leaves downtown at the Kings Avenue station located at Prudential Drive, proceeds southeast generally along Philips Highway and I-95 to stations located at: Emerson Street at Philips Highway; University Boulevard at Philips Highway; Bowden Road between Philips Highway and I-95; J.T. Butler Boulevard at I-95; and Baymeadows Road at I-95.

East – Leaves downtown via the Mathews Bridge along Arlington Expressway and proceeds east to Regency Square Mall with stops located at Arlingwood Avenue (Arlington Central station) and at University Boulevard.   
 
Southwest – Leaves downtown generally following the CSX Rail line, Roosevelt Boulevard and Blanding Boulevard to 103rd Street with stations at San Juan Avenue, Wilson Boulevard, and 103rd Street.
