FERRY TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM

ST. JOHNS RIVER FERRY TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM

There are eight (8) unique tickets currently accepted on the St. Johns River Ferry. Effective October 1, 2017, only JTA issued tickets will be accepted. In an effort to consolidate and streamline the ticketing process, which will make it more efficient and financially sound, JTA is launching a ticket exchange program.

  • Customers with $85 ticket books issued by the St. Johns River Ferry Commission/City of Jacksonville can exchange them for JTA issued ticket books or individual tickets of the same value (each ticket has a $4.25 value)
  • Customers can exchange tickets at customer service located at 121 West Forsyth St., Jacksonville, FL 32202 (corner of Hogan and Forsyth). Customer service is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Customers can exchange tickets issued by the St. Johns River Ferry Commission/City of Jacksonville by mail (tickets valued at $4.25) to: Jacksonville Transportation Authority, ATTN:  Ferry Ticket Exchange, 121 West Forsyth Street, Suite 200, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Ferry Ticket Exchange Form

JTA will have staff on-site to exchange tickets at the Mayport Landing the following dates and times:

  • Friday, June 23, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 24, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Friday, August 25, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 26, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Friday, September 29, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, September 30, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

OLDER TICKET BOOKS

Customers with older ticket books from JAXPORT and the City of Jacksonville with the following ticket values will have until September 30, 2017 to use the tickets.
