Kevin J. Holzendorf Appointed to JTA Board

Kevin J. Holzendorf has been appointed to the Jacksonville Transportation Authority’s (JTA) Board of Directors by Mayor Alvin Brown.  Holzendorf will replace Steve Diebenow who served since October 2010. 

Holzendorf, a lifelong Jacksonville resident, is currently a partner at Southern Strategy Group’s Jacksonville office.  He has spent his professional career in both the private and public sectors working in the accounting, financial services and technology industries.  In 2007, Kevin served as the Director of the Information Technologies Department and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the City of Jacksonville.  Before his role as CIO, Former Mayor John Peyton appointed him to the Director of Operations Excellence where he managed and directed the functions of the Mayor’s Office of Performance Auditing and Management Accountability.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Florida.

Holzendorf’s first JTA Board meeting is December 5.
