The Q3 is on detour due to construction on 9th Street. The bus is using 13th Avenue South, 3rd Street and Osceola Avenue/25th Avenue South to get around the construction area. The detour will be in place through September. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Kernan Blvd. will be closed to traffic under the new overpass due to overhead work, on the nights of July 20 and 21 (from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.).  Both north and southbound traffic on Kernan Blvd. will be detoured via Atlantic Blvd.
Detours are as follows:

• Southbound Kernan traffic will detour onto Atlantic to signal at Withrow. Traffic will make u-turn onto eastbound Atlantic and re-enter Kernan on the south side of the overpass.
• Northbound Kernan traffic will detour onto eastbound Atlantic. Traffic will then make u-turn at Hickory Creek and re-enter Kernan on the north side of the overpass.
