RULE TITLE:  Administrative and Public Hearings (Amendment) 
SUMMARY: This rule establishes the JTA procedures for public hearings and administrative hearings, including providing a person whose substantial interests have been affected a reasonable opportunity for presentation of evidence, argument and oral statements.  

RULE NUMBER: 009 
RULE TITLE:  Transit Patron Code of Conduct (Amendment) 
SUMMARY: This rule specifies the conduct expected of all transit patrons, for all modes of transit and transportation provided by JTA, and specifies penalties (including temporary and permanent suspension) for violations of the rule’s substantive provisions.   

RULE TITLE:  Bylaws of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (Amended and Restated) 
SUMMARY:  The JTA bylaws contain the fundamental principles and rules regarding the nature of the Authority and regulate the operation of the Authority to include, but not limited to, the election and description of duties of officers, formation of committees to oversee policies, and establish standards for public meetings.  

RULE TITLE:  Real Estate 
SUMMARY:  This rule sets forth procedures and methods that the JTA shall follow when acquiring property and relocating persons displaced by such actions.  This rule also applies to all real property rights to be disposed including, but not limited to, fee simple and easement interest.
